Brad Nathanson specializes in consulting with private investors, institutions, and developers on the sale of shopping centers and net lease properties for Marcus & Millichap. Brad joined Marcus & Millichap in July 2003 and was promoted to Associate Director in 2005 and Director in September 2006 of the National Retail Group respectively. In May of 2009, Brad Nathanson was awarded the prestigious title of Vice President of Investments and Senior Director of the National Retail Group. This title serves as recognition of his exemplary performance and acknowledges his consistency in maintaining a very high degree of professionalism. Brad has achieved this title as quickly as possible based on his tenure with the firm. He is also a member of Marcus & Millichap's Special Assets Services Division, which provides a full range of solutions nationwide for lenders from early-stage assessment and valuation through disposition. Brad has won many awards along the way distinguishing him as one of the best within Marcus & Millichap.
In April of 2007, Brad established the Nathanson Retail Group at Marcus & Millichap. He was recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2008 as one of the top three investment sales brokers within the whole Philadelphia MSA. In 2010, Brad finished atop the company as the top Multi-tenant Retail Agent. He also finished within the top 10 overall through all product types. Brad is consistently asked by local/regional real estate trade journals for his input on the current state of the retail market from a regional perspective. Since joining Marcus & Millichap, he has sold over $700 million in investment real estate in fourteen different states.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in 2003, Brad was an investment analyst for a hedge fund under several portfolio managers for SEI Investments. While in this position, he was responsible for overseeing the assets for those funds and analyzing their quarterly performance.
Brad attended the University of Delaware where he received a B.S. in Finance & Economics. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers; and currently serves on the professional advisory committee for Jewish Federation of Real Estate (JFRE) and the University of Delaware Crew Alumni Committee. Brad also donates his time through different charity functions with NORC (Naturally Occuring Retirement Community) within Northeast Philadelphia. Previously he had coached rowing for four years at Lower Merion High School as well as performing his duties at Marcus & Millichap

Caroline Perry Marketing Coordinator
As Marketing Coordinator, Caroline is responsible for the design, development and implementation of ongoing marketing communication campaigns and promotions that support the overall marketing and sales strategy of the Nathanson Retail Group.
Caroline specializes in the creation of marketing vehicles to maximize each project’s success in the retail industry including researching, writing and designing customized offering memorandums, postcards, flyers, e-brochures, media advertisements, presentations, and local press releases. Caroline is also responsible for client list management and communication, assisting with buyer needs, and research and reporting.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Caroline served as Marketing and Presentations Manager at Binswanger, an International Real Estate Company located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While in this position, she was responsible for creating customized books, visual presentations, and print and electronic marketing materials for the commercial, industrial, advisory, international, and management services divisions. In her seven years with Binswanger, Caroline also served as Presentation Specialist for Binswanger’s Advisory Group, handling all proposals and presentations and as Marketing Assistant for Binswanger’s in-house advertising agency, Rittenhouse Marketing Associates.
Caroline received her Bachelor of Science degree in graphic design communication from Philadelphia University.
